New Home Guarantee: We guarantee that you'll love your new home not just before, but also after you move in. If for any reason you become unhappy with your new home within the first year and want to sell it, we'll gladly sell it for you for free

One year Warranty: We make sure that every home purchased through us will include a home warranty that covers most home systems and appliances. We want you to enjoy your home and not worry about unexpected costs.

5 Year Trend Analysis: We want you to be confident in your purchase, so we run trend analysis for the area you are looking to buy. It is too important not to know what the market is doing in that particular area or subdivision.

CMA Property Specific: We not only run data on the area and subdivision, we'll show you what that home you're looking to buy is valued at. Our goal is to have you so confident in knowing the real value of your purchase when you go to close.

School Reports: We'll pull school reports, district maps and school comparisons, so you will know all the inforamtion about you childrens school.

More Data - We've got it: We like to use a lot of data when helping you make the right decision. We'll pull public records, tax data, mortgage information, and sales histories of each home you are interested in. Want to build a fence - we'll pull the deed restrictions for the subdivision for you.

Closing: Most buyers are uncomfortable and unsure of what to expect at their closing. We make sure you are comfortable, knowledgeable and confident going into your closing. We'll go over a sample HUD Statement in the begining process and prior to closing so you know exactly what to expect.
